What are the ingredients in your scones?

We use the following ingredients in our scones:

  • Apricot: Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Cream, Dried Apricots (treated with Sulphur Dioxide), Pure Extract, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt
  • Blueberry: Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Cream, Blueberries, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Pure Extract, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt
  • Cranberry Orange: Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Cream, Sweetened Dried Cranberries, Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Pure Extract, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt
  • Pineapple Lemon: Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Cream, Pineapple, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Pure Extract, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt

How can I place an order?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. We utilize Stripe for credit card processing.

We also accept payment via PayPal.

Do you accept payments over the phone?

No sorry, we do not accept payments over the phone.

Where can I pick up my order?

Farmer's Market Pickup is available at the Jacksonville Beach Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. The address is 321 Penman Road, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Please allow a minimum of two business days from date of purchase to pickup your order.

To pick up at the Jacksonville Beach Farmer's Market, please enter a Jacksonville, Florida address as your shipping address at checkout.

Once you enter your Jacksonville, Florida address, the "Farmer's Market Pickup" shipping option will become visible.

Your Farmer's Market pickup order will be held for a MAXIMUM OF 2 WEEKS from date of purchase and we will be unable to issue refunds if the order is not picked up within the allotted time frame.

How should I preserve my scones?

For best results, our scones should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 5 to 7 days of delivery. They can alternatively be frozen upon arrival for up to 6 months.

Do you offer any gluten free products?

No sorry, we do not offer any gluten free products at the moment.

Do your products contain MSG?

No, our products contain NO MSG!

What scone flavors does Cozy Tea Eatery offer?

We offer six Classic flavors - Apricot, Blueberry, Cranberry Orange, Pineapple Lemon, Toasted Coconut, and Vanilla Sugar.

We also offer many more unique flavors available only through our Subscription Box service.

Do Cozy Tea Eatery's scones contain nuts?

The Coconut scone in our Classic selection of flavors contains coconuts.

In addition, our Subscription Box service occasionally may offer scones that contain nuts.

Do Cozy Tea Eatery's scones contain dairy?

Yes, all our scones are made with real Butter and Cream.

How long do Cozy Tea Eatery's scones stay fresh?

If refrigerated, our scones will stay fresh for up to 5 days, or if frozen for up to 6 months.

Can I freeze my scones for a later date?

Yes, you can freeze your scones for up to 6 months provided they are properly stored within a sealable container.

SHIPPING / RETURNS

What is your shipping policy?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No sorry, at the moment we can only ship to one address per order.

What if my scones are damaged upon arrival?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your order.

For damage claims, we require photos of the external shipping box and the damaged product along with a detailed description of the issue within 24 HOURS of when the package was received.

How will my scones be packaged?

Each individual scone in your order will be packaged in a clear sleeve to keep it fresh, and warming and storing instructions will be included in the box.

The scones are baked fresh the same day they are shipped and should arrive fresh to the recipient’s address. They can be refrigerated for up to seven days or frozen for up to six months.

What are your Shipping Zones?

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

  • We do not ship internationally

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No sorry, at the moment we do not offer international shipping.

No sorry, at the moment we do not do gift wrap or gift baskets.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes you can! We can include a handwritten gift note for you, simply enter your message at checkout.

For Subscriptions, gift notes will only be sent with the first box per Subscription.

Can you bake scones for my wedding?

If you would like to place a special order or order a large quantity (48 scones or more), please contact us prior to placing your order online. We can then work with you to determine a suitable delivery date.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX QUESTIONS

What comes with each Subscription Box?

Our Monthly Subscription Box will contain a total of SIX scones (3 of each flavor) and a total of TWO ounces of loose leaf tea (1 oz. of each flavor). The flavors change every month! We have also included six complimentary tea brewing bags!

How many flavors come with a Subscription Box?

Our Subscription Boxes come with two unique flavors of scones paired with two unique flavors of loose leaf tea that changes every month!

How do I sign up for a Subscription Box?

Simply click "Subscribe", and you will be prompted to fill out your shipping and billing information.

Are Customer Accounts required for the Subscription Box?

Yes, you must create a Customer Account in order to subscribe. Your Customer Account will allow you to manage your subscription, including updating your shipping and billing information.

Can I purchase other products along with a Subscription Box?

No sorry, Subscription Boxes can only be purchased independently by adding to a single cart and checking out.

However, you can always add your additional products to a new cart after you subscribe!

How do you package the Subscription Boxes?

Each individual scone in your order will be packaged in a clear sleeve to keep it fresh!

The scones are baked fresh the same day they are shipped and should arrive fresh to the recipient’s address.

Warming and storing instructions will be included in the box.

Our loose leaf tea is packaged in 1 oz. clear resealable bags.

We have also included six complimentary tea brewing bags!

Our scones and tea are wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue and placed inside the shipping box to avoid excessive movement during transit.

Can I include a gift note with my Subscription Box?

Yes you can! We can include a handwritten gift note for you, simply enter your message at checkout.

Gift notes will only be sent with the first box per Subscription.

When will I be billed?

Your first payment will be processed on the day you subscribe, and subsequent payments will be billed on that same day each month thereafter.

You will be billed once a month every month on an ongoing basis. You can cancel at anytime from your Customer Account.

Can I pause/cancel my subscription?

Yes you can! If you would like to pause your subscription, contact us and let us know the length of time you would like to pause for. If you would like to cancel simply login to your Customer Account and cancel your subscription from your Customer Dashboard.

Please be aware that your subscription cannot be cancelled once it auto renews until the following month.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel any subscriptions intended for a one time order in a timely fashion.

Processing

We use USPS as our shipping partner.

Our standard shipping option is USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 days in transit.

We also offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 for all subscription orders anywhere within the contiguous 48 United States!

Shipping Zones

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

We do not ship internationally.
